I graduated in Law at the Jagiellonian University in 2007 and in Administration at the Jagiellonian University in 2010, and I graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in Copyright, Publishing and Press Law organized by the former Institute of Intellectual Property Law of the Jagiellonian University (2007), as well as a graduated of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, major in Law (2010-2016). In the years 2010-2012 I was completing my attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. In 2013, I passed the professional exam and obtained the professional title of an attorney-at-law.

I gained professional experience during my law studies by participating in apprenticeships in Krakow courts and attorneys-at-law offices. After graduating in law, working, among others, in an IT company, enterprise and local government unit as well as cooperating, inter alia, with the offices of legal advisers and attorneys-at-law and a scientific association. I have existed on the legal services market since 2007. In 2005, I received the award of the Minister of Education and Science in a competition announced by the President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland for my student work on a Community trademark. In the years 2010 – 2013 I conducted trainings in Krakow and Kielce in the field of commercialization of inventions and innovative technologies in cooperation with the Foundation of the University of Economics in Krakow.

Since 2013, I have been an attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow and I run my law office in Krakow, and since 2016 I have been a professional representative for trademarks before EUIPO. From the beginning of the law firm’s operation, I have specialized in providing legal services to natural persons, entrepreneurs and legal persons. From July 2015 to December 2018, I was also a collaborator of the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Legal Affairs (UJ).

I am the author of numerous publications, incl. in the field of civil law and intellectual property law. Since 2009, I have been cooperating with the Wolters Kluwer S.A. publishing house. creating glosses to judgments of European courts. In 2013-2014, I cooperated with the former publishing house Lexis Nexis, preparing many practical explanations of the provisions on Polish and EU industrial property law as well as templates of contracts and letters in the field of intellectual property law.

I am fluent in English, including legal and communicative in German. Privately, I am a lover of running, photography, travel, sensational literature and winter sports. I run a law firm blog. 

As part of the law firm, I cooperate with:

– other attorneys-at-law, advocates in the framework of the joint provision of legal services and legal representation,

– patent attorneys in matters related to industrial property law,

– bailiffs in enforcement proceedings,

– an accounting office in the field of assistance in tax matters.
