I am an attorney-at-law from Krakow with many years of experience and comprehensive legal education. Since 2007, I have been actively operating on the legal services market, providing comprehensive legal assistance to individuals, entrepreneurs, and institutions.

I graduated in law (2007) and administration (2010) from the Jagiellonian University, completed postgraduate studies in copyright, publishing and press law (2007) and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (2010–2016). I completed my legal training at the OIRP in Krakow, and in 2013 I obtained the title of legal advisor. In 2024, I graduated from the IT School for Lawyers at the Kozminski University, and in 2025, I completed the AIDEAS course, which allows me to effectively combine law with new technologies and consulting in the field of artificial intelligence.

I gained my professional experience in the IT industry, public administration, and law firms, among others. Since 2013, I have been running my own legal advisor’s office in Krakow, and since 2016, I have been a trademark attorney before the EUIPO. In 2015–2018, I worked with the Legal Representative of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University.

I specialize in intellectual property law, trademark protection, new technology law, and legal services for innovative ventures. I am the author of numerous publications (including for Wolters Kluwer, Lexis Nexis, PARP) and a speaker at training courses on the commercialization of innovation and industrial property law (for the UEK Foundation).

I am fluent in legal English and communicative German. Privately, I am passionate about running, photography, traveling, and winter sports. I run a law firm blog. 

As part of the law firm, I cooperate with:

– other attorneys-at-law, advocates in the framework of the joint provision of legal services and legal representation,

– patent attorneys in matters related to industrial property law,

– bailiffs in enforcement proceedings,

– an accounting office in the field of assistance in tax matters.
