I graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2007 (Law) and in 2010 (Administration). I also graduated from the Postgraduate Study of Copyright, Publishing and Press Law organized by the former Institute of Intellectual Property Law of the Jagiellonian University (2007) and from doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in the field of Law (2010-2016). In 2013, I passed my professional exam and obtained the professional title of an Attorney-at-Law. Since 2016, I am a European Trade Mark Attorney before EUIPO.

I gained my professional experience during my law studies (2002-2007) by participating in professional practices in Krakow courts and law firms, and after graduating in law, working, among others, in a company from the IT industry, enterprise and local government unit, and cooperating with law firms and advocates as well as a scientific association.

In 2005, I received the award of the Minister of Education and Science in a competition announced by the President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland for student work on the subject of a Community trademark. In 2010 – 2013 I conducted training in Kraków and Kielce for students in the field of commercialization of inventions and innovative technologies in cooperation with the Foundation of the University of Economics in Krakow.

From the very beginning of the law firm (2013), I specialize in providing legal services to entrepreneurs and other persons, in particular in the field of civil law, including family law, intellectual property law, labor law and other areas of law.

I am the author of numerous publications e.g. in the field of civil law and intellectual property law.

I speak fluent English and communicative German.

After work, I like to run, travel, do winter sports and read books. I’m also interested in photography.
